If we cancel the trip due to weather/ river conditions (or any other unforeseen reason) a full refund is given, less any credit card fees (if credit card was the method of payment).
If you cancel within 7 days prior to your booked trip there is no refund.
If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your booked trip full refund is given, less credit card fees (if credit card was the method of payment).
